Meet the founder

I founded Career Bridge Studio after more than 20 years working across criminal investigation, UK business development, recruitment, training and coaching.

My background has trained me to ask better questions, find gaps, identify patterns and understand what is really blocking progress. As a business development manager in the UK, I worked with small and medium organisations, helping uncover local and commercial challenges before positioning the right solution.

I have also led recruitment and training processes from role definition and job adverts through to discovery calls, interviews, onboarding, reporting tools and sales training.

Today, I bring that same structured and empathetic approach into career coaching — helping professionals clarify their direction, strengthen their evidence and communicate their value with more confidence.

Beyond the work, you will usually find me camping in Wales, cycling or spending time outdoors. I am also drawn to books and ideas about human potential — how people find clarity, rebuild confidence and unlock more of what they are capable of.
